R. Most recently he was named Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association of NYC as well as being elected to the New York State Builder’s Association Hall of Fame. He has also received affordable housing awards and recognition from the New Jersey Builder’s Association, the Governor of the State of New Jersey and the National Association of Homebuilders.

He is currently Chairman of the Building Industry Association of New York City and a Senior Life Director and Executive Board member of the National Association of Home Builders.

An advocate of affordable housing, R. Randy Lee, Esq. through Leewood has, and continues to work with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York City Housing Partnership. New Jersey HMFA and numerous community based non-profit organizations to produce quality affordable housing. Currently, Leewood Real Estate Group currently has more than 1,000 housing units in development, or under construction.

The Leewood Real Estate Group New Jersey Division was established in 1999 under the leadership of Michael R. Fink, Esq. Based in Trenton, NJ, it currently has more than 1,000 units of new housing in various stages of predevelopment, construction and marketing throughout New Jersey.

Michael R. Fink, Esq. president of the Leewood Real Estate Group New Jersey Division, is a second generation builder/developer who was named as New Jersey's Builder of the Year in 1994 and has received numerous awards for Quality Warranty Service and Design. Mr. Fink is a past president of the New Jersey's Builder's Association, and a member of its Executive Board. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and its Smart Growth Task Force, and has previously served as a Vice President of NAHB.
